Development History
In 2016, the first restaurant delivery robot and hotel delivery robot products were launched. With our self-developed robot chassis technology, robot automatic obstacle avoidance technology and machine algorithms, over 100 invention patents were obtained, marking a crucial step towards the development of robots.
In 2017, based on the accumulated experience and leveraging a powerful chassis and obstacle avoidance algorithm, combined with Internet of Things technology, the company expanded from indoor service robots to outdoor delivery robots for indoor areas. It officially launched products such as delivery robots for food and unmanned delivery vehicles, achieving automatic contactless delivery of food and goods indoors and outdoors.
In 2020, at the beginning of the epidemic, through solid technological accumulation and strategic planning, we developed and launched disinfection robots and service robots. At the very beginning of their launch, we received a large number of orders, most of which were applied to disinfection and cleaning services in public places such as hospitals, shopping malls, and government departments, significantly alleviating the pressure of epidemic prevention and control.
In 2023, our product range expanded to include commercial cleaning robots and industrial AMR robots. By the end of the year, the robot products we developed had achieved full-scenario coverage from commercial to industrial applications, encompassing functions such as delivery, service reception, cleaning, and patrolling.
In 2026, we will continue to deepen our presence in the robot market, applying mature technologies to all product lines. Future product development will expand into areas such as robot dogs and humanoid robots.
